Introduction
Ajwain seeds also called as Omam seeds in south India is known for stimulating appetite and improve digestion. So adding little bit of it in our recipes is always healthy! This paratha is again one easy one with health benefits. It can be eaten with any curry, pickle or jam.
Ingredients
Wheat Flour 1 Cup
Ajwain 1 tsp
Oil 4-5 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Take the flour in a broad vessel and add ajwain seeds, 3 tsp oil and salt to it. Mix it well.
Now add water to the above mixture and make a dough as shown. To make paratha keep a tawa on gas and let it get warm. In the mean while follow the below steps to make paratha.

Take small balls of dough as shown.
Dip the ball in dry wheat flour.
Now make it into small roti's with the wooden roller.
Apply little oil to it with fingers and fold it as shown.
Fold it once again and apply wheat flour again.
Now further use roller and bring it to this shape. By now you tawa must be hot to fry the paratha.
Put the paratha on tawa and let it become golden brown from both sides. Apply little oil in the process.
When golden brown, remove it from the tawa and serve it with any curry.
