Ingredients
Pasta Boiled - 2 Cups
Onion - 1 Medium
Capsicum - 1 Medium
Garlic flakes - 5-6
Green chilly - 1
Spring Onion - 2-3 Sticks
Chilly Sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Egg - 2
Oil - 3 tsp
Method
Boil pasta with little oil and salt. Strain the water and keep aside. Finely chop all the vegetables. Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and green chilly. Once garlic starts turning golden, add onion and capsicum. Let it get cooked for 3-4 mins. Then add all the 3 sauces and salt. Add little water and boiled pasta to it. Add salt to taste. Now let it cook for 2-3 mins till sauce and pasta is mixed well and gravy has dried. Add chopped spring onion to it.
Heat oil in a pan, add oil and add beated egg to it and pinch of salt. Garnish the pasta on top with scrambled egg and serve.
Note: You can also add boiled chicken pieces or sausages to it.
