Ingredients
Milk -1 litre
Lemon 2-3 medium size
Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon chopped
Onion - 1 Small finely chopped
Bread Slices
Refined Oil
Pepper
Salt to taste
Method
Bring milk to boil then start adding lemon juice to it one by one till the milk splits. Drain the water and keep paneer aside for 15 - 20 mins to cool down. Finely chop coriander leaves and onion and mix it with paneer, Also add salt and pepper to the mixture. Now place this mixture between slices of bread and roast it on tawa or sandwich maker by applying little oil on both sides. Roast it till golden brown and serve it with tomato sauce.
