Ingredients:
Capsicum - 1 Medium
Onion - 1 Medium
Cheeze Cube - 1
Salt to taste
Pepper
Bread Slices
Refined Oil - 2-3 tsp
Method:
Cut capsicum and onion in long thin pieces. Remove the seed part of capsicum before cutting.
Grate cheeze cube and mix in the cut vegetables. Add salt and pepper as per taste. Fill the mixture in between bread slices and roast it on tawa or sandwich maker by applying little oil on both sides of bread.
Enjoy with tomato sauce.
Note: You can also use cheese singles in place of grated cheese.
