Ingredients
Carrot - 1 Medium Size
Radish - 1 Medium Size
Coriander Leaf chopped 2 tablespoon
Broccoli - 1 Small Piece
Wheat flour - 2 Cups
Onion - 1 small finely chopped
Ajwain seeds - 1/2 tsp
Refined oil - 4 tsp
Red chilly Powder (Optional)
Garam masala Powder (Optional) - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Grate carrot, radish and broccoli. Mix all the grated vegetables, chopped onion and add coriander leaves to it. The grated vegetable will leave some water, don't throw it. Let it remain, it can be used while making dough. Now add wheat flour to the vegetable mixture and mix well. Add around 2 tsp of oil, salt, ajwain, red chilly powder and garam masala powder. Now add water and make dough.
Make thin chapati from the dough and roast it on tawa with little oil on both sides to golden brown.
Note:
You can also put green chillies in place of red chilly powder if you want.
This recipe is also very good to give to kids as there are lots of vegetables in it.
Ajwain also helps in easy digestion for kids and adults.
If you don't want it to be spicy you can avoid adding chilly powder and garam masala powder.
